The Supreme Golden Budweiser

Another collaboration with draftLine and this time is was golden. Budweiser Supreme was Anheuser-Busch's new triple-filtered honey malt beer only available in certain states. They had another campaign starting a live action production but they also needed a shorter, snappier CG commercial and we couldn't have been happier to provide that for them!

Starting off with a well put-together storyboard, we were able to hit the ground running with motion tests and animatics. We knew that the repeating Budweiser Bowtie shape was going to be a major focal point in the spot and it needed it's time and consideration to get it right.

What really brought the project home however was the Look Development process. We explored many materials and lighting setups to bring out the right golden flavor against a darker and moodier scene. X-particles were used as well to find the sweet spot for condensation. All of it came together in a gorgeous golden broadcast spot!
